Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Worthing for an Induction and Training Manager. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering induction programs, coordinating and administering employee training initiatives, ensuring training aligns with compliance and professional development needs, and conducting post-training evaluations. The role involves collaborating with team leads to identify training requirements and opportunities, maintaining accurate training records, and promoting the organization's culture of recovery and therapeutic optimism through skills development. The Induction and Training Manager will play a vital role in empowering employees to deliver exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in creating and delivering training programs, workshops, and presentations
* Expertise in induction processes and employee onboarding methodologies
* Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored development plans
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, including maintaining accurate records
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams
* Knowledge and experience in mental health, neurodiversity, or delivering trauma-informed care is an advantage
* Proficiency in tools for designing and delivering training, both in-person and virtual
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Training, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
