About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer to support digital healthcare transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS-based integrations, be confident in working across the full development lifecycle, and have a passion for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable APIs in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture and refine low-level technical requirements by contributing to and updating user stories within agile delivery frameworks.
* Develop and maintain Low Level Design (LLD) documents that align with architectural and security standards.
* Design and deliver integration solutions across RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, supporting reliable, scalable system interoperability.
* Build and manage messaging-based integrations to enable asynchronous communication between systems using cloud-native services.
* Perform data mapping and transformation across structured and semi-structured data formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance with integration contracts.
* Lead the full development lifecycle for integration components including analysis, coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and operational support.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Technologies
* Expertise in AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, SNS/SQS/EventBridge, and cloud-native microservices.
• Strong command of integration protocols and standards, including REST, SOAP, and secure messaging patterns.
• Proficiency in Python, XML, JSON, HTML, and relational databases for integration development and transformation logic.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), network routing using NLB, NGINX, and managing high-availability APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment automation practices for integration services.
• Strong grasp of authentication and authorization frameworks such as IAM, OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and Amazon Cognito to secure API access.
• Strong understanding of AWS IAM, OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and Cognito for implementing authentication, authorization, and API security controls.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with DevOps, Java, PEGA, Jira, and GitHub is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with agile delivery in healthcare or public sector environments is beneficial.
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 8–12 years of experience in integration or backend engineering roles.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Projects Documentation In-depth understanding documentation involved in Project like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc. Able to build into require project documentation and can do a Peer review for team members project/module documents. Domain And Industry Knowledge Specialized knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platform or product. Apply industry standards/ practices and create complex business models in line with customer requirements independently. Analyze current-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SME and present recommendations with tangible benefits. Drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation. Functional Design Specialized knowledge of solution design, scope analysis, and building blocks for business cases. Identifying key business drivers and translating them into solution components Creating diagrams from use cases and updating design specifications Understanding functional specifications and designing flexible solutions Collaborating with stakeholders to explain the solution approach Offering solution options based on research and coordinating process playbacks and reviews for business solutions. Requirement Gathering And Analysis Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies. Extract requirements for complex scenarios and prototype independently. Identify modules impacted, features/functionalities impacted and arrive at high level estimates. Develop traceability matrix and identify transition requirements. Test Management Able to create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required and verify system build, test environment and iteration test plan. Create business scenario test cases and automation test scripts based on understanding of functionality requirements. Conduct regression tests as required and impact analysis when a defect fix is made.
