We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeping & Payroll Manager to support a growing portfolio of clients, delivering a high-value service to a diverse client base. Day to day, the Bookkeeping & Payroll Manager will be responsible for: Bookkeeping * Managing full bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate ledgers * Preparing and submitting VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations * Operating in a fully paperless environment—all documentation is captured and stored electronically * Ensuring clients adopt and maintain efficient systems—we are Xero exclusive and use Dext * Supporting year-end preparation and liaising with accountants as needed * Working closely with leadership to grow the bookkeeping division, increasing client numbers and revenue Payroll Management * Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing for a range of clients * Administering RTI submissions, PAYE, NIC, pensions, and other statutory deductions * Producing payslips and managing employee benefits and de...
