Requirements:
British Passport key due to security clearance procedure
Fit out and refurbishment experience
Trade background
All usual Certs: SSSTS, CSCS Blue card upwards, 1st aidResponsibilities:
Reporting and assisting Number 1 SM
Coordinating handovers and sign offs
Make sure everyone is compliant on site as high security building
Implement procedures
Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
Update and check against the construction Programme
Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.
