PPC Campaign Manager
Hybrid - Waterloo, London (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office)
Summary
MPG is a B2B, data-driven marketing agency and consultancy specializing in event and subscriptions marketing. We're looking for a PPC Campaign Manager with 1-2 years' hands-on experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You'll manage and optimize client campaigns, communicate results clearly, and contribute to strategy while learning from an experienced and supportive team.
Responsibilities
* Manage campaigns end-to-end: setup, execution, optimization, and reporting
* Work in mainly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; plus some other channels
* Monitor performance and implement optimizations to meet KPIs
* Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients
* Contribute to campaign strategy while executing hands-on delivery
* Use MPG's systems, templates, and processes to ensure consistent delivery
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure best-practice execution
Qualifications
Required:
* 1-2 years of hands-on PPC/Paid Media experience (agency or B2B client-side)
* Confident using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms
* Solid understanding of tracking, bidding strategies, targeting, optimization, and attribution basics
* Demonstrated B2B campaign experience (events, conferences, or subscriptions is a plus)
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills
Preferred:
* Agency-side or events sector experience
* Broader paid media skills (Meta, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
* Familiarity with analytics or BI tools and data storytelling
Working Model
* Hybrid: 2 days per week in-office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
* Office located near Waterloo, London
