Private Associate Dentist – Waterlooville
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established, modern dental practice in Waterlooville to recruit a Private Associate Dentist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and patient-focused clinician to join a thriving private practice with a strong local reputation and a loyal patient base.
The Role
As a Private Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care across all aspects of general dentistry. You will have the clinical freedom to develop your skills and build long-term relationships with patients in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a full range of general dental treatments
* Deliver patient-centred care with a strong focus on quality and ethics
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards
* Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
* Uphold excellent standards of cross-infection control and compliance
Requirements
* GDC registered Dentist
* Strong clinical skills across general dentistry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to ongoing professional development
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
* A special interest in areas such as:
o Cosmetic dentistry
o Invisalign / orthodontics
o Implants
o Endodontics
Dentists with additional skills or special interests will be supported in developing and growing these within the practice.
