We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, to join our Facilities team based in Milton Keynes.

About the mission we offer you:
Facilities Coordinator - We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day routine office activities, including answering external/internal calls and welcoming all visitors and clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform day-to-day admin tasks.
2. Report office faults and snags to Site Operations Supervisor; fill in incident logs.
3. Handle hospitality, travel, and various requests.
4. Log Admin helpdesk tickets and perform miscellaneous duties.
5. Manning main switchboard (answering, screening, and forwarding calls).
6. Take and relay messages.
7. Organise meeting rooms and provide catering (coffee/lunches).
8. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
9. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
10. Maintain security procedures and control access (issue key cards, monitor entries/exits).
11. Conduct stock checks on stationery, PPE, and sanitising stations.
12. Prepare meeting rooms and assist with general client preparations.
13. Act as a point of contact for correspondence, queries, internal/external clients, and contractors.
14. Provide general support for onsite clients.
15. Prepare couriers & post.
16. Back-up support for Site operations & services.
