Job Description
The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second line technical support, ensuring reported issues and work requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner in line with service level agreements.
Role responsibilities
* Provide first and second line technical support to end users.
* Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved in line with service level agreements.
* Support IT technology including Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite.
* Work with tools such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN and Teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related issues.
* Manage and prioritise a wide range of end user requests and follow up with users to confirm satisfaction with IT service.
* Adhere to security, policies and procedures with attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
* Tech-savvy problem solver with a customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
* Experience supporting IT technologies including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
* Experience working with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft AOVPN and Teams.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software and network issues.
