Acting as a bridge between accounts payable processes and the financial controller, facilitating smooth financial operations. Supporting the financial controller with ad hoc accounting tasks and financial reporting. Analysing financial data to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve reporting accuracy. Contributing to process improvements to streamline management reporting and financial workflows. Management Accountant Experience Essentials Proven experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and month-end processes Strong understanding of financial statements and management accounting practices Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience Familiarity with financial software and Excel skills Location Based in South Oxfordshire, the role offers hybrid working with three days in the office.
