Commercial Paint Sprayer Pay: Up to £18.26 per hour (DOE) Hours:Monday to Thursday (4 day week), 06:00 15:30 Location: Warwick Job Type:Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a busy vehicle manufacturing and paint finishing team. You will be responsible for masking, preparation, and painting large commercial vehicles while maintaining high-quality standards and keeping pace with production line requirements. Attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced, hands-on role. Key Responsibilities Maintain high-quality paint finishes in line with BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental standards Take personal responsibility for the quality of your work Recognise and support internal and external suppliers Raise and report any quality issues proactively Ensure all work meets production requirements and company standards Teamwork Assist team leaders in recovery programs when production issues arise Work collaboratively with team members Attend team meetings and communicate openly Maintain a positive, can-do attitude Carry out reasonable requests to support the team Health & Safety Follow all H&S procedures and consistently use PPE Identify potential risks and promote a safe working environment Maintain good housekeeping within your work area Operate in line with company guidelines and procedures Flexibility & General Duties Work across Units 1 and 3 as required Perform general paint shop duties including masking, light prep work, and spraying large commercial vehicles Reliable attendance and punctuality Maintain discipline and follow company policies Support production needs, including overtime when required Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Painter Experience with large commercial vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Flexible and willing to work in different areas of the paint shop Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude Knowledge of health & safety procedures and PPE use
