Responsibilities
* Support the Director - Legal, Head of Legal Operations and Senior/Lead In-House Counsels (Leadership Team) to ensure efficient functioning of the Legal Team through administration, diary management and information gathering.
* Organise and book meetings for the Leadership Team and the team as requested, including travel arrangements.
* Provide effective administration, collate and produce information for reports, meetings and Court appearances or other purposes in good time ahead of deadlines.
* Support the Leadership Team to deal with complaints and service failures by providing information, producing timelines of events and gathering information from multiple sources.
* Draft correspondence and act as first-line telephone and email support to facilitate internal and external communications.
* Work with initiative to embed solutions to issues and help run regular whole-team meetings, producing PowerPoints and organising activities.
* Raise Purchase Orders and track invoices and spend with external suppliers; raise concerns early when needed.
* Provide office-based administrative support, help plan and run events, and attend meetings to take minutes (including external meetings); may attend training to take notes and feedback to the team.
* Regularly review and streamline administrative processes, identify enhancement opportunities and implement improvements in line with continuous improvement methodology.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
* Advanced experience of Microsoft packages.
* Experience as PA to Legal Director or similar role is welcome; demonstrable attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Demonstrable experience of teamwork; ability to work independently, using initiative, in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
* Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and communication skills; able to think ahead and act with tact, diplomacy and discretion at all times.

* Salary: £23,088.00 to £24,500.00 per annum
