About the Role
You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action, working closely with our housing teams, community safety colleagues and external partners. Your role is to bring balance to difficult situations, using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From building strong evidence to representing Amplius at court, your work will directly influence customer wellbeing, organisational risk and our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.
Key Qualifications
* CIH Level 3 - already achieved, working towards or willing to do so.
* Good knowledge and experience overseeing enforcement services.
* Good knowledge of Housing and Tenancy Law, including preparation of legal documents and court proceedings.
* Up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment, able to keep abreast of changes within the sector and ability to embed this into policies and processes.
* Experience of building positive relationships with local authority partners and other key stakeholders.
* Able to use housing systems effectively.
* Able to travel around a large geography as required.
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
Additional Requirements
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. DBS clearance is required for this role. Please read the attached Job Description before applying so you get the full scope of the role.
