What youll do We provide 24-hour support to our customers We support customers who are 65 with medication, personal care and activities. Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities Youll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups, theres no rushing from one customer to the next here! You have A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this If youve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great! Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives. Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant. The practical bits The days shifts are 07:00 - 19:30 and the night shifts are 19:00 - 07:30. You will take turn on doing weekends and bank holidays.
