Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience
Full Time position: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Newcastle Emlyn

About the Agency
As local agencies of NFU Mutual, we deliver first-class service and sell our product range across the region. We value honesty, integrity, and trust, and champion a personal approach to customer service. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ceredigion and Llandovery Agency, primarily based in Newcastle Emlyn.
About the role
* Gain relevant product licences and maintain knowledge through ongoing professional development
* Deliver high levels of customer service
* Review and advise on customer general insurance requirements
* Process customer instructions for policy amendments to meet standards
* Engage in proactive sales activities to generate new business
* Collect insurance premiums
* Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing and new customers
* Contribute positively to team culture
* Work within the Company / Financial Conduct Authority Compliance Framework
* Use Microsoft Office and Insurance Policy and Claims Systems (training provided)
* Maintain accurate records as required
* Produce correspondence within set timeframes and standards
About you
* 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Sales and service experience in an office environment (desirable)
* Ability to communicate in Welsh (desirable)
* Willingness to travel within the county
