We are recruiting a Commis Chef for our 2 Rosettes Morning Parlour and Glade Restaurants Kitchen Team
All worked hours are paid, work schedule based on 4 days per week (around 7am to 18:00)
Earnings starts at £28,500 per year based on 44 hours worked.

The role of Commis Chef in the 2 Rosettes Morning Team ?
Multi Michelin Star French Chef Pierre Gagnaire, Culinary Director Frederic Don and Head Chef Gabriel Belmonte offers a breakfast menu and a café and restaurant lunch menu with European inspiration.
The Commis Chef will support the different sections of the kitchen and develop towards a Demi Chef de Partie role.
The candidate must have previous Experience in a similar environment and style of cuisine.
