As Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services, and supporting the development of a talented team. You’ll work closely with Partners, contributing to strategic planning, client relationship management, and the continued growth of the firm’s Business Services offering. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of Business Services clients, acting as a key point of contact
Reviewing and overseeing accounts preparation, management accounts, and tax compliance
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior and senior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value services
Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounts and business services
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
