Security Officer – Join Our Team
We are seeking a reliable, proactive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment. This role suits someone who is observant, calm under pressure, and takes pride in protecting people and property.
Responsibilities
* Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security
* Maintain a visible presence and enforce security procedures
* Monitor CCTV and alarms, responding to incidents as needed
* Investigate and report suspicious activity
* Respond appropriately to emergencies, including medical situations and fire alarms
* Provide a professional and helpful service to staff and visitors
Experience
* Previous security experience preferred but not essential
* Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage
* Familiarity with CCTV and security systems
Skills
* Strong attention to detail and observation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
* Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
