What You\'ll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of skilled production operatives across a 3-shift system.
* Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-end, customer-focused manufacturing setting.
* Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and compliance.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
* Championing health & safety, lean manufacturing principles, and team engagement.
* Supporting training and development initiatives to build a high-performing, motivated workforce.

* A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and quality.
