Temporary Position – Full Time
About the Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day cleaning operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met. Your duties will include:
* Supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of cleaning staff
* Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Carrying out regular quality checks and site inspections
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
* Training and inducting new members of staff
* Managing rotas, workloads, and addressing any issues promptly
About You
The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and hands‑on, with a strong eye for detail. You will have:
* Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* A commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid Enhanced DBS certificate
* Registration on the DBS Update Service (essential)
