* Support learners to achieve their full potential through innovative lesson planning, assessment, and feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and the wider success of the department.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
About You
* A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
* A relevant degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
* Experience teaching Economics and/or Business within further education, sixth form, or higher education.
* Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to supporting students' academic and personal development.
