Due to continued growth within the Belfast Office they are now seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the People Development team. The role would be suited to a candidate with 2-3 years’ experience in a H.R / Training or Learning and Development role and keen to gain a new challenge. The Right role: Online Training Support: * Overseeing the virtual training environment. * Ensuring all participants are signed in and have their cameras on. Face-to-Face Training Support: * Welcoming and signing in attendees. * Helping participants get settled. * Maintaining a professional and supportive presence throughout the session. Team Collaboration: * Assisting with the planning and scheduling of workshops, training programmes, academies, and development schemes. Materials and Communication: * Preparing systems and materials in advance of training. * Assisting in the creation and distribution of materials (via DPU or Concierge for printing). * Supporting communications, including updates to the intranet.
