We are looking for an organised and proactive M&E Scheduler / Compliance Coordinator to support a busy maintenance and minor works team in Wolverhampton.
This role will involve scheduling engineers, coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works, and communicating with clients to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration within a trade, maintenance, or service-based environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule engineers for reactive and planned maintenance works
• Manage client portals and job allocation systems
• Act as the first point of contact for maintenance requests
• Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates
• Support small works quotations and job tracking
• Maintain compliance records, certification, and documentation
• Work closely with management and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery

• £30,000 salary (based on 40 hours)
