About the Role
As a Lounge Host, reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a key member of the team, ensuring guest expectations are met and exceeded, leaving our lounges feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.
Responsibilities
1. Reception: Greet guests warmly, manage check-in efficiently, answer questions, manage capacity during peak times, and bid farewell to encourage return visits.
2. Food and Beverage: Ensure food and beverage offerings are available and well presented, maintain cleanliness, assist with food preparation, engage with guests, and manage stock levels.
3. General Host: Clear and clean tables, maintain cleanliness and organization, respond to guest inquiries with high customer service standards.
4. Back of House: Assist with stock delivery, waste management, loading/unloading dishwashers, restocking, and maintain hygiene standards. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality or customer service with high customer interaction.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Computer literacy, including payment machines and Microsoft Office.
* Teamwork and self-motivation skills.
* Ability to follow processes with flexibility.
* Additional languages are desirable.
* Flexible to work shifts from 0330 to 2100, 7 days a week.
