Positions Available
* SEN Teachers
* Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
* Teaching Assistants (TAs)
We are recruiting a large number of staff for immediate starts to support a range of specialist schools, including those supporting pupils with autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties.
Pay Rates
* Support Staff (LSA/TA): £13.75 per hour
* Qualified SEN Teachers: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (pay to scale)
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* Reliability and strong communication skills
* Experience in SEN settings is desirable, but not essential for support roles
* QTS required for teaching roles
* A driving licence is not essential, but would be beneficial
Compliance Requirements
All applicants must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check. Teaching Personnel can support you through the application process.

All roles are based in Southampton and surrounding areas.
