We're hiring an Innovation Reliefs Assistant Manager for the Reading office where career advancement is guaranteed.
What You'll Do
* Lead the preparation of R&D tax relief claims, from technical interviews to report writing.
* Advise clients across industries on identifying qualifying R&D activity and expenditure.
* Drive business development and contribute to growth across the region.
* Collaborate with colleagues nationally to share insights and support client success.
What They're Looking For
* Strong knowledge of UK R&D tax incentives and claim methodologies.
* Experience preparing claims across sectors and managing HMRC enquiries.
* A clear communicator with excellent project management skills.
* A proactive mindset and a passion for innovation.
