THE ROLE


As a Growth Executive, Paid Social, you will play a central role in supporting the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for a designated cohort of clients. You will support the Growth Lead in systematically analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and being a source of the latest technical and creative best practices. Furthermore, the role will involve handling ad hoc client queries, offering performance insights to the Account Director, Growth Manager + Creative Strategist, and reporting on marketing strategies aligned with performance KPIs. While the Growth Executive, Paid Social role offers opportunities to get involved with strategy, you'll still be hands-on with platforms, executing tactics and strategies aligned with both platform and internal best practices.


ABOUT YOU


* You bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (additional experience with TikTok ads preferred), either client or agency side.
* Experience working with Direct To Consumer E-commerce Brands with a strong understanding of metrics for on-platform and e-commerce website funnel performance.
* Your track record demonstrates your ability to effectively leverage data to extract meaningful insights and contribute growth initiatives while following a test-and-verify methodology.
* Highly organised, you understand the importance of effective communication within a team, maintaining detailed activity logs, and promptly communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
* You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
* You can take ownership of executing / implementing growth initiatives independently.
* You value collaboratively working towards a common goal and are able to see the contribution you make to the success of the team and company.
* You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


* Proficiency in Meta / TikTok Ads Manager interfaces.
* Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel or Google Sheets (we use the latter).
* Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands
* Proven ability to analyse data, provide performance insights, and contribute to the development of media and creative roadmaps.
* A proven track record of following a data driven test and learn approach including a working understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



RESPONSIBILITIES


* Support the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for assigned clients.
* Analyse performance data systematically and proactively, providing actionable insights.
* Support the Growth Lead with identifying growth opportunities and approaches.
* Offer advice on technical and creative best practices; support the handling of ad hoc client queries.
* Support with the reporting of media buying strategies in line with performance KPIs.
* Support the Creative Strategist(s) in briefing iterative and innovative content through providing data-driven insights on a cyclical basis.

* Salary in the range of £32,000-£40,000 p.a. depending on experience
