We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead impactful initiatives across Product and Revenue. You’ll partner closely with PMs and Engineers, own end-to-end delivery, and help design agentic AI workflows that unlock value from unstructured data (text, images, metadata).
What you’ll do
1. Build & productionise ranking, recommendation, and pricing models
2. Design A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
3. Apply NLP, LLMs, and vector databases to real product problems
4. Create multi-step AI workflows for commercial and operational decisions
5. Translate technical insights into product & revenue impact
What we’re looking for
6. 4+ years in hands-on Data Science
7. Strong Python + cloud ML/data tooling (GCP, AWS, or similar)
8. Proven track record of shipping models into production
9. Strong experimentation & product analytics experience
10. Product mindset — you care about KPIs, not just metrics
Nice to have
11. Experience evaluating non-deterministic / generative systems
12. Recsys, pricing, or marketplace experience
13. Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field
