What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse
* Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out assigned computer-based tasks
* Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner
* Carrying van driving duties
* Undertaking special projects, providing statistics, and reports as required
What you need to succeed at GXO
* You are ideally computer literate and know how to work your way around systems (or a quick learner!)
* Customer service skills are essential
* You may be someone with a Warehouse background who has dealt with systems rather than being paper based
* Category B driving license is a must
* Working as part of a team – area managers will be visiting you once or twice a week for a coffee and a catch up for some social time!
