My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the operational heartbeat of our site. Someone who thrives on structure, safety, and sustainability. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same, and where your impact will be felt across every corner of the estate.
You’ll lead a small but mighty team responsible for the smooth running of their facilities and grounds. From coordinating maintenance schedules to embedding sustainable practices, you’ll ensure the spaces are safe, efficient, and future-focused.
Key areas of focus include:
* Oversee procurement, HR coordination, and service delivery across the estate
* Champion health and safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and lead training initiatives
* Drive eco-conscious improvements, manage reporting, and support green initiatives
* Lead infrastructure projects and liaise with contractors and suppliers
* Work closely with internal teams to align operations with broader goals
They're looking for someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, an effective communicator with solid facilities experience, strong safety and sustainability knowledge, and confidence managing budgets and leading projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Facilities, Environmental Science, Estate Management) is desirable.
* Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, or IWFM are a plus.
* At least 7 years’ experience in a similar operational role
