Job Title: Direct Mail Account Manager

Responsibilities
* Interpret and manage Direct Mail projects from inception through to completion.
* Source print and negotiate with suppliers from a pool of preferred companies.
* Maintain MIS, briefs and schedules in accordance with Best Practice guide.
* Develop and manage multiple projects concurrently; plan workload effectively.
* Work directly with clients on site at all levels, providing market insight and recommendations.
Qualifications / Skills
* Proven history in Account Management with extensive Print and Direct Mail knowledge.
* Understanding of postage requirements relevant to direct mail campaigns.
* Ability to understand client targets and appropriate product formats to maximise return for the client and profit for the business.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients and suppliers.
* Market knowledge to provide insights to customers when required.
* Ability to identify and implement process improvements to benefit both client and business.
