As part of our Housing Management Contact, this is a primarily administrative role where you’ll provide a customer-focussed reception service, carry out administrative duties, and provide business support across teams.

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out administrative duties including data input and record keeping.
• Dealing with customer enquiries in person and online and keeping a record of action taken.
• Promoting digital customer contact.
• Scanning and general office duties.
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Someone who is hard working, enjoys a varied workload, has good attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.
• Good MS office skills.
• An understanding of social housing issues would be ideal.
