What skills and experience we’re looking for
As Academic Intervention Manager, you will lead a vital area of the school’s work, identifying where students are struggling and putting the right support in place to help them succeed. You will work alongside senior leaders, teachers and families to ensure that every intervention is purposeful, targeted and impactful. You will also lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee intervention programmes, and ensure that every action taken is focused on helping students build confidence, improve progress and achieve their potential.
