We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Enfield. This is a rewarding role where you will support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with individuals and small groups, providing targeted support to improve behaviour, engagement and attendance. You will collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams and families to implement effective strategies.
This role requires patience, strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
