Core Functions of Role:
* Driving of HGV skip vehicles
Principal Job Responsibilities
As a primarily Heavy Goods Driver - driving Skip Lorries (but may also include Mixer/Tipper/Road Brush Lorries on occasion) if operationally required and trained - your duties will include:
* Skip Collection Vehicle (Chain Lift)
* Container Collection Vehicle (Hook Lift)
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks
* Effectively carry out your duties to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Completion of all necessary paperwork daily & weekly
* Report any vehicle defects
* Adhering to all health & safety requirements
You will also be expected to ensure that all operations are carried out in line with UK and EU laws and regulations. These govern vehicle safety, driver hours, and customer’s requirements.

The successful applicant will ideally have the following skills, qualities & experience: -
* Previous experience of driving Skip Lorries is preferrable but not essential, as full training will be given
* Driving Licence Cat C+E is essential
* Driver Qualification Card
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Flexible approach to work as driving different types of vehicle/delivering a variety of materials will be expected.
