This role is suitable for a (Senior) Investment Manager with experience across multi-asset funds, public asset classes (Equity/Fixed Income), and fund research. The successful candidate will join a leading Wealth solution provider to support the financial wellbeing of millions of customers.
About the job:
You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering strong financial outcomes for our customers. Your involvement will span numerous projects and investment activities.
This is a highly visible role, responsible for defining and implementing investment strategies for our award-winning Workplace Auto Enrolment solutions, considering risk appetite, ESG and climate frameworks, and commercial needs.
You will monitor investment managers’ performance, manage relationships with collaborators including our Wealth Proposition team and asset managers, and support the production of internal MI for Investment Committees and Life Boards.
Skills and experience:
* Deep understanding of investment issues and performance drivers relevant to multi-asset funds, gained from insurance companies, pension schemes, investment consultants, or fund managers.
* Highly numerate and analytical, capable of interpreting data, challenging proposals, and solving complex problems.
* Experience in project management, including solution design, change implementation, and managing senior collaborators.
* Strong communication skills to build relationships and influence positive outcomes, with team management experience, including coaching and mentoring junior staff.
* Extensive knowledge of asset classes in both public and private markets (equity, fixed income, private markets).

* Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 in National locations, circa £100,000 in London, depending on skills and experience.
