The Role
Position: Residential Block Manager
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £30k to £35k OTE
Leave: 20 days per year, plus bank holidays, plus loyalty bonus
Location: Office based at our Orpington Offices, site based at client properties
We are an established independent and specialist Property Management company based in Orpington (BR5). Following continued growth of our Block Management services we are now in need of an additional Property Manager, to manage their own portfolio of client properties.

Your duties will be:
* To manage an assigned portfolio of residential blocks;
* Managing enquiries & corresponding with stakeholders; by phone, email and in writing;
* Raising works orders and liaison with contractors to complete actions;
* Ensuring our clients receive quality services and value for money;
* Attending resident and site meetings;
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring high maintenance standards;
* Maintaining and promoting the company as a specialist service provider;
* Cross selling of other services provided within our group;

* A strong focus on customer service;
* Knowledge or experience from a related role;
* A Full Driving License;
* A desire to progress within the company / industry;
* IT literate & eager to embrace technology;
