The Opportunity
In this role as Sales Demand Analyst you will play a key part in shaping our demand planning process and ensuring our customers get the products they need, when they need them. This is a hybrid role requiring one day a week on site either Callington – every Wednesday or Leicester – every Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products and customers, incorporating business intelligence and insights from Sales, Marketing, and retailer portals.
* Collaborate with the Commercial team to plan demand and promotional activity.
* Analyse sales trends and demand drivers to refine forecasts and improve accuracy.
* Support seasonal and promotional planning, producing KPIs including forecast accuracy and promotional conformance.
* Work closely with Production Planning to provide estimates and align supply with demand.
* Engage with customers and retailers to improve demand processes and identify opportunities.

* Experience in forecasting, planning, or scheduling (ideally within food manufacturing, though not essential).
* Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, constraint planning, or statistical modelling (desirable).
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
