Senior People Manager: 12MFTC role at TipTopJob
London. Hybrid: 2 days a week in office. GBP 80,000 – GBP 90,000.
Middlemore have been retained by a boutique, purpose-led Investment Management firm who are seeking a Senior People Manager to join on a 12-month FTC. Supporting the CPO, this role will divide and conquer the people agenda, working hand in glove with senior investment professionals on day-to-day queries while also leading project work including the rollout of a new incentive scheme for the business. This is a hands-on generalist role with a focus on managing the full lifecycle of HR services, strategic people planning, and partnering with the business to create an engaging and developmental environment for team members. The role will shape and implement people strategies, oversee day-to-day HR activities, and foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance. It will act as a trusted expert advisor on Employee Relations and Performance issues, bringing professional HR insight, values-informed judgement across the complete HR service offer to investment.
This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who prefers life in an SME environment where you can make a real impact from day one. The CPO has a people-first approach with humility, energy, and a collaborative style, offering strong learning potential.
Due to the nature of the workforce and projects, we are seeking individuals with experience in financial services. Prior exposure to private equity or investment management would be beneficial.

Qualifications
* Senior HR professional with experience in SME environments.
* Background in financial services; PE or Investment Management exposure is beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal and advisory capabilities; able to partner with senior stakeholders.
