Pay Scale: MPS/UPS plus possible temporary TLR for 3rd in Science for the right candidate
We are seeking an experienced Teacher of Science from as soon as possible until 31st August 2026. The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality lessons, motivate, challenge and inspire our students. They will be committed to closing gaps and raising attainment across all abilities, whatever the starting point. They should have a strong sense of teamwork, a willingness to contribute to the faculty and a desire to improve their own and the faculty’s practice.
This post comes with the possibility of a temporary TLR for 3rd in Science for the right candidate.
A permanent Teacher of Physics to start in September 2026 will be advertised in due course and the postholder of this post will be given the opportunity to apply if they wish.
This is a fantastic opportunity and the post would be suitable for experienced practitioners as well as newly qualified teachers, who would be able to benefit from our successful and supportive Olympus Academy Trust Early Career Framework Induction Programme.
