What You'll Be Doing
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues across the business
* Managing and resolving service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems and IT equipment
* Supporting user account management via Active Directory and Office 365
* Assisting with IT equipment moves, upgrades, and installations
* Collaborating with the wider IT team to troubleshoot and escalate issues when required
* Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Keeping accurate records of assets and service desk activity
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a desktop support or IT technician role
* Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (DHCP, IP)
* Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and service desk operations
* Exposure to Windows Server environments and virtualisation (Hyper-V) is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
