IT Support Technician

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
1. Providing 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues across the business
2. Managing and resolving service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems and IT equipment
4. Supporting user account management via Active Directory and Office 365
5. Assisting with IT equipment moves, upgrades, and installations
6. Collaborating with the wider IT team to troubleshoot and escalate issues when required
7. Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
8. Keeping accurate records of assets and service desk activity
What We're Looking For
9. Minimum 1 years' experience in a desktop support or IT technician role
10. Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (DHCP, IP)
11. Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
12. Familiarity with ITIL principles and service desk operations
13. Exposure to Windows Server environments and virtualisation (Hyper-V) is a plus
14. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
15. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
