Responsibilities
* Support resort teams by accurately forecasting, reporting, analysing and rostering the team, including the Team Member Plus role, to ensure the right team is in the right place at the right time.
* Lead short and long-term planning and implement changes at pace to support business needs and financial budgets by ensuring a capability-led rota.
* Create, execute, and monitor rotas in the Workforce system for Bognor Regis; handle large data volumes and use internal systems to drive business objectives and maximise available hours.
* Report and review roster compliance; implement ways of working within SAM and ensure KPI delivery; consider future planning to meet forecasted demand.
* Highlight risks and improvement opportunities; understand team productivity, headcount planning, and maximise efficiency by allocating staff to where they are required.
* Typical working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in the Finance office.
* This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.
Requirements / About You
* Experience in team planning and forecasting; it is desirable to have volume rostering experience.
* Strong knowledge of Workplace Online / SAM rostering platform is preferred.
* Ability to build, develop and enhance relationships with leaders across departments; takes ownership of challenges and drives change with a lean mindset.
* Ability to plan, manage and execute effective rosters; well-organised; understands designated budgets and works within a financial framework and structured environment.
* Passion for delivering an amazing guest experience and seeking opportunities to improve interactions wherever possible.
