We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Event or Wedding Co-Ordinator / Manager with a good understanding and interest in using Events500 or a competitor solution to move to an Events system provider to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional on-line support to our users at Conference Centers, Wedding Venues, Hotels and Sporting Venues.
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day support for Events500 users on phone, email and via Teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assistance from 2nd line support / Project Managers, Developers, as required.
* Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear solutions.
* Document all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
* Provide internal and external stakeholders ad-hoc and periodic reports from the Ticketing system.
* When fully conversant with Events500 provide one to one on-line training for new Events500 users.
* Provide day to day support and assistance to our Project Manager and Trainers to help onboard new venues.
Experience
* Previous experience working in an Events Co-Ordinator or Events Manager role in an Events venue using Events500 or a competitor solution.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users at all levels.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
