Pay: £13.60 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (4 hours/day)

About the Role:
Our client is a respected, nationwide provider of housing, neighbourhood, and community-focused services. They work closely with schools and community institutions to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environments where children and staff can learn, work, and thrive.
We are currently seeking a Cleaner Supervisor to join their school team in Enfield. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, while also overseeing the work of a team of 8-10 cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 8-10 school cleaners.
Ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained across the school.
Carry out cleaning duties as required.
Monitor stock and cleaning supplies.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cleaner supervisor, ideally in a school or similar environment.
Mandatory DBS check (enhanced).
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
