Job Opportunity: Compute Engineer
Oliver Bernard is currently seeking a Compute Engineer to join a rapidly growing energy company with hubs across Europe. This role is part of a period of growth within the tech team, following the launch of new projects, and will involve extensive greenfield work across Cloud, Virtual Machines, Infrastructure, and Security technologies.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years in Compute Engineering-focused roles
2. Strong experience with Cloud platforms
3. Prior experience with Virtual Machines (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
4. Knowledge of Storage, Infrastructure, and Linux
5. Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
6. Strong understanding of Security and Cloud tools
This position offers between £550-600 outside IR35 and is based in London with a hybrid work model (2 days on-site per week).
