The Role As Whisky Sommelier, you will curate and deliver an outstanding whisky experience for guests, enhancing their stay through education, storytelling, and tailored recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Curating and managing an extensive whisky collection Conducting private tastings and guided whisky flights Pairing whisky with tasting menus and special events Advising guests on regional styles, maturation processes, and distillery heritage Maintaining supplier relationships and managing stock control Training front of house staff to enhance whisky knowledge Supporting premium retail sales where applicable This is a highly guest-facing role requiring confidence, presence, and exceptional communication skills.
