We are seeking a talented Partnerships Manager (on a 12-month FTC, Maternity Cover) to join our team. Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you will develop and grow the royalty income from WBCPLG’s key third-party entertainment and classic brands across various licensors. Your role will involve leading strategic initiatives and ensuring effective implementation while engaging local teams. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships and contributing to long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the creation of multi-territory strategic plans and collaborate with local teams to execute them.
2. Ensure revenue forecasts are achieved and monitor financial performance.
3. Manage and maximize the impact of Global Halo projects through PR, retail activation, and marketing.
4. Support territories in meeting revenue targets and strategic goals.
5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and licensors.
6. Respond to licensor requests regarding sales, marketing, and retail updates.
7. Understand local territory needs and work collaboratively to deliver strategies.
8. Provide financial analysis and forecasts in partnership with Finance.
9. Assist in acquiring new representation as needed.
10. Monitor competitor activity to maintain market advantage.
11. React swiftly to unplanned opportunities and attend trade fairs and conferences.
Candidate Profile
* Extensive senior-level experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within licensing, toys, apparel, or FMCG.
* Proven experience working with retailers and marketing initiatives at a senior level.
* Creative thinker capable of delivering innovative opportunities.
* Strong project management skills across diverse initiatives.
* Excellent people management skills within complex structures.
