Brand & Marketing Designer Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid Salary: £40,000 About the Role My client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Brand & Marketing Designer to join their marketing team. This is a multi-faceted role for designers who enjoy combining creativity with execution, delivering high-impact marketing and product assets while helping shape the visual identity of a growing tech brand. The successful candidate will translate complex software and customer experience concepts into clear, engaging visuals across digital, web, and offline channels, supporting campaigns, landing pages, social media, events, and more. Key Responsibilities Brand Identity & Storytelling Shape and evolve the company's visual identity across digital and offline touchpoints. Translate complex concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand design narratives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and product materials. Marketing & Digital Design Design high-impact marketing assets including campaigns, presentations, reports, sales collateral, and whitepapers. Create social media graphics, infographics, simple animations, and video content to drive engagement. Web & Digital Experience Collaborate on website and landing page design. Maintain consistent visual language across product-adjacent marketing touchpoints. Apply basic HTML/CSS knowledge to support web content updates and optimization. Event & Campaign Support Design materials for events, trade shows, and product launches. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Technical Skills & Tools Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital campaigns, and product storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva. Experience with motion graphics/video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Video) is a bonus. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, or similar). Knowledge of design for social media, email, landing pages, and digital campaigns. Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools ( Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
