Salary: £120- £140 per day
Contract Type: Full-time- 0830am to 330pm

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people and a commitment to providing a nurturing and inspirational learning environment. You will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that pupils remain engaged and on task with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Implement lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support pupils in their learning and personal development.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other colleagues to support pupil progress.
* Provide feedback to teachers on pupil engagement and behaviour.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the needs of the school.
