An opportunity for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join Mace’s digital business analysis centre of excellence, delivering complex client programmes. The role builds trusted stakeholder relationships, leads business analysis and requirements definition, and drives technology‑enabled change, innovation and continuous business process improvement aligned to client strategies.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing requirements elicitation and validation.
* Translating needs into user stories.
* Producing functional specifications and designs.
* Applying structured analysis techniques.
* Developing test cases and support UAT.
* Building trusted stakeholder relationships.
* Identifying and resolving business pain points.
* Delivering documentation and embed best practice.
You’ll Need To Have
* Proven Business Analyst experience delivering digital transformation programmes.
* Strong full lifecycle IT project delivery using Agile and waterfall.
* Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management capability.
* Relevant BA or project management certification desirable; construction experience beneficial.
