Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to support the sales and promotional activities of the chocolate brands we distribute. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, cash & carry stores, and similar retail outlets to promote products, generate sales, and manage customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working actively in the field and are motivated to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular field visits to markets and cash & carry sales points
* Promote and sell the chocolate brands within our distribution portfolio
* Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients
* Take orders and monitor product availability and shelf placement
* Plan daily visit routes effectively in line with sales objectives
* Communicate customer requests and market feedback to the internal team
* Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and sales activities
* Monitor market conditions, competitors, and pricing to identify sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
* Preferably experienced in food or FMCG field sales
* Knowledge of market and cash & carry sales channels
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Valid driving licence and ability to travel within assigned territories
* Strong planning and time management skills
* Basic proficiency in reporting tools and mobile/CRM applications
* Sales-oriented, reliable, and motivated to work in a field-based role
